MEC Kholwane launches Black Management Forum

Mbombela. MEC for Finance, Economic Development and Tourism Mr Sikhumbuzo Kholwane told delegates attending the launch of Black Management Forum [BMF] at the weekend, 16th April in Casambo Lodge that
the Provincial Government will focus on initiatives that will expand the economic participation and empowerment.
“We remain focused on accelerating growth, creating work opportunities and building a more equal society,” MEC said.
Addressing delegates at the launch of Mbombela branch, MEC Kholwane said the provincial government has a tight agenda in place for radical transformation.
“The provincial Government will put measures in place to ensure that radical transformation remain focused in accelerating growth, creating work opportunities and building a more equal society,” MEC indicated.
MEC Kholwane said the Provincial Government through guidelines enshrined in the National Development Plan and Mpumalanga
Vision 2030 policy documents, will partner with all sectors of society to ensure a better life for all South Africans.
“The partnership will result in significant value-add while ensuring that youth remain the key beneficiaries of our developmental programmes,” MEC added.
According to the NDP, the need for strong leadership in government, business and labour to solve our developmental challenges remain key focus area which MEC Kholwane believe that the founding proposal of
the Black Management Forum conforms with the instructive mandate of the NDP as it relates to the development of talent and leadership that advance the national development goals.”
