MEC KHOLWANE TO TABLE THE PROVINCIAL ADJUSTMENT BUDGET FOR 2016/17

The MEC for Finance, Economic Development and Tourism, Mr. Sikhumbuzo Kholwane will on Tuesday, 22 November 2016 table the Provincial Adjustment budget at the Legislature Chamber, Mbombela.
The 2016 Provincial Adjustment Budget will take into account the mid-year performance review of departments, and propose budget allocations with consideration to the current economic realities and service delivery priorities of the Province.
MEC Kholwane is expected to give feedback on the outcomes of the mid-year expenditure review and indicate, where necessary, the changes to be effected on the budgets that were allocated to departments in March 2016.
A Media briefing will be held directly after the tabling of the Adjustment Budget to give members of the media an opportunity to interact with the MEC and Provincial Treasury team on the economic landscape and provincial budget matters.
